Terms of Service

1. Who we are

OneShotClub ("OneShotClub," "we," "us," "our") operates the platform at oneshotclub.ie (the "Platform"), which enables sports clubs ("Clubs") to run paid fundraising competitions for their supporters ("Entrants").

2. What the Platform does

OneShotClub provides software that lets Clubs set up and run fundraising competitions (including formats such as Last Man Standing, Six Pack Predictor, and Split the Pot) and collect entry fees from Entrants via our payment processing partner.

Clubs remain the organiser of their own competitions. OneShotClub provides the platform; we are not the organiser, promoter, or operator of any individual competition, and we do not administer, select, or distribute prizes. Prize determination and distribution are handled entirely by the Club, independently of OneShotClub and outside of any payment processed through the Platform.

3. Payments

Entry fees are collected through our payment processing partner and paid to the relevant Club. OneShotClub takes a service fee from entry fees collected, as set out on our pricing page. We do not hold, administer, or distribute prize funds at any point.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to enter a competition or act as a Club administrator on the Platform.

5. Club responsibilities

Clubs using the Platform are responsible for:

• the legality and fairness of their competitions in their jurisdiction
• determining and communicating prize amounts and winners to their Entrants
• distributing any prize funds
• responding to Entrant queries about a specific competition

6. Entrant responsibilities

By entering a competition, you agree to the rules of that specific competition as set by the Club, and to these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to circumvent entry rules, interfere with the operation of the Platform, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneShotClub is not liable for losses arising from a Club's administration of its own competition, including prize determination or distribution, which take place outside our control.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
