OneShotClub ("OneShotClub," "we," "us," "our") operates the platform at oneshotclub.ie. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

From Club administrators: name, email address, phone number, club name and address, and information needed to set up payment collection for the club.

From Entrants: name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed by our payment partner — see below), plus your competition entries and picks.

Automatically: basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) via standard web analytics.

3. How we use it

• To operate your account and let you take part in or run competitions
• To process entry fee payments to Clubs
• To communicate with you about your account or a competition you've entered (including via WhatsApp or email)
• To keep the Platform secure and prevent misuse
• To meet our legal obligations

4. Payment data

Payment processing is handled by our payment processing partner. We do not store your full card details. Payment data is subject to that partner's own privacy policy, which we'll link here: [link].

5. Sharing your data

We share data with:

• the Club you're entering a competition with or administering (to the extent needed to run that competition)
• our payment processing partner
• service providers who help us run the Platform (e.g. email delivery, hosting)

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Prize information

If you win a prize, the relevant Club — not OneShotClub — is responsible for contacting you and arranging distribution. We may share your contact details with the Club for this purpose where necessary.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@oneshotclub.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
