The fundraiser half the club already knows how to play. OneShotClub handles picks, payments, eliminations and emails — the club’s job is selling entries.

Most clubs run this off a WhatsApp group, a spreadsheet and one volunteer chasing Revolut requests. This is the same competition without that person.
01
Entry fee, prize split, starting gameweek, and Stripe payment setup. Fixtures load automatically.

02
Branded entry page with the club crest. Share it on socials, the club website, WhatsApp, or offline — wherever you get the word out, we can help.
03
Each entrant gets a unique link by email. One Premier League team a week from a phone — no app, no password.

Results land on the public tracker after each full-time. Survivors and those going out get one email when the gameweek is finished.
Fixtures and results sync automatically. You don’t chase scores.
One hour before first kickoff. Same deadline for everyone.
Auto-assigned to the first unused team alphabetically — same rule for every entry, so the organiser isn’t stuck arguing.
Enforced at pick time. An entry can’t reuse a side they’ve already played.
Confirmation, 24h and 2h pick reminders, one through/out email after the last match of the week, and the winner announcement.
Who’s alive and what everyone picked — hidden until gameweek one locks.
Attribute signups to sellers and show a live leaderboard. Committees use it to see who’s moving tickets — and to push a few more entries before kickoff.
We only make money when you do.
Nothing to pay to set it up, no subscription and no minimum. Entry money goes to the club’s own Stripe account and pays out weekly. Prize money is the club’s to pay out and is never held by OneShotClub.
OneShotClub takes a 5% platform fee on card entries, plus Stripe’s processing fees. Option to pass the card fee to the entrant. Set fixed 1st/2nd/3rd prizes, or a percentage of the pot that grows live on the entry page.

Entry confirmation with their pick link, a mail when they lock or change a pick, 24h and 2h reminders if they have not picked, then one results email after the last match of the week — through, out, or a digest for multiple entries. The public tracker updates after each full-time even before that email.
